Class II & Class III Digital Signatures

A Digital Signature, as the name suggests, is an electronic signature used to authenticate the identity of the signer as well as to secure online payments. A Digital Signature Certificate can be obtained by individuals as well as business organizations.

Digital Signatures are classified into three classes. Class I Certificate are required to confirm the signer's information and secure email communications. Class II Certificates can be used for company, LLP registrations, Annual Return E-filing, IT E-filing, for getting DIN, DPIN, etc while Class III Certificates are required for participating in E-tendering, E-Auctions, Patent and Trademark E-filing, etc.
